• Bus Service is available from virtually anywhere in Thailand. Just decide on the type of bus. VIP and express air con buses are recommended.
Bangkok - South Terminal V.I.P, first and second-class
air con buses. A bus & boat
combination ticket make the travel a bit more convenient. Expect to
pay Bt 500+ for a VIP bus and ferry, a 12 hour trip.
• Ferry - Generally ferries operate from 06:00 to 18:00 every hour on the hour from both the Donsak and Samui ferry piers.
• Bangkok Airways is the primary air carrier for Ko
Samui. Schedules change from time to time, so the published schedule
may be out-of-date when you arrive.
